Conscious Connected Breathwork

It all began when my medical test results revealed the toll stress was having on my body despite what I considered a healthy lifestyle.
I was sleeping well, working out, walking the dog, eating healthy and having success in my career.
Was I stressed? “not more than normal”.
Stress is bad for us, we all know this. Does it have to be ‘burnout’ to do us harm?
Many struggle with stress without realising its impact on their bodies.

Being a corporate professional, at first I was sceptical. Understanding the science and implementing daily breathing exercises led me to positive changes. However, I soon realised I was treating the symptoms, not the causes.

Conscious Connected Breathwork, was the significant shift, changing years of dysfunctional patterns - helping me regulate my nervous system.

Having been on my own transformational journey with Intuitive Breathwork UK, I am a trauma informed conscious connected breathwork faciliator.
The course was not just training, it was a journey back to myself, trust myself again, to stop people pleasing and break the cycle of a toxic relationship.
It was an initiation, learning and remembering who I am guided by the breath.

Meraki Somatics is a healing space for everyone.
The name “Meraki” comes from Greek, meaning to do something with soul and love.
It resonates deeply with me as that is how I show up for my clients in the practice.

We all deserve to feel empowered and in control of our well-being.

1:1 Breathwork Session

Conscious Connected Breathwork is more than just a tool for relaxation, it is a powerful self-healing modality, also known as therapy without talking.

Choosing an in-person session provides a unique opportunity to access deeper healing.
I facilitate a nurturing space specifically designed for you to safely explore and gently release stress and emotional baggage stored within the body.

Your first session will include a comprehensive breath analysis as well as breathing techniques you can use between practices.

I am a trauma informed conscious connected breathwork facilitator, I run my sessions in Twickenham, South West London. Home visits are also available upon request (subject to place and location suitability).
